A PUBG Xbox hotfix will arrive next week for the Xbox version of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS to address bugs that arose after the release of the new snow map, Vikendi.
“Thank you all for your feedback and bug reports since our Vikendi update on January 22,” a PUBG Corp community manager wrote Friday on the game’s subreddit. “We understand that there are a number of critical issues with this update and apologize for the frustration caused.”
PUBG Corp is working on a hotfix, which will ideally be deployed next week, that will be aimed at fixing many of the problems. But the developer warned that some bugs take longer to fix than others.
Since the release of the new patch, PUBG Xbox players have complained of bugs and a poor user experience, which has become a theme for new PUBG console patches. PUBG Corp has pledged to fix this one, though, and it will be interesting to see what happens next week after the hotfix is deployed.
